Return & Refund Policy

Your Satisfaction is Our Priority

At PediQ, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every item we create. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Returns

  • Timeframe:
    You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Cancellations are valid within 1 HOUR of ordering.

  • Condition:
    To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Process:
    To start a return, please email us at info@pediq-uk.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return. Please do note that we do not offer free returns. Returns should be sent back directly to our fulfillment company in Asia.


Refunds

  • Inspection:
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. we will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing:
    If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@pediq-uk.com

Exchanges

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@pediq-uk.com and we will assist you with the exchange process.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Insurances

  • Any added insurance to the purchase is not eligible for a refund. Once the return is accepted the money of the physical item will be refunded only.

Subscriptions

  • Any subscriptions to our VIP health club are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your subscription you are free to do so, message info@pediq-uk.com and we'll cancel your subscription
